Shipping

Ordered item on Nov 30th, website advertised the items delivery within 3-6 business days. Shipping label was created on the 2nd and then transferred to USPS on night of 3rd. Dec 5th still at shipping facility, with estimated delivery Dec 9th at 9pm...For the price I paid for the item, I would have expected it to ship UPS and get to me in a timely manner. Now I am awaiting a package hoping I actually get it prior to leaving on vacation the 10th. Not what I expected from a purchase at Macy's.
