Root candle great. Macys customer service poor!

I ordered this candle as a gift and it came damaged. Instead of letting me keep or dispose of the candle, I am being further inconvenienced by having to package and return the damaged item!! This is not the kind of service I expect from Macys! I will be shopping elsewhere in the future!
