Beautiful Top, made with the wrong fabric. Runs true to fit in sizing. It was returned, I did not like how it felt on my skin and how it fitted.

This is a pretty blouse, liked the ruffles and the sleeves, nice material but I didn't care for the fit around my hips. I returned it.
