Like this coat, but

I have really long arms. I was hoping that this coat would have been shorter than it was (I bought at large). Loved the deep pockets, but no internal pockets. Comfy and semi warm. The hood is short and does not cover the head. If you have a backpack or any bags to carry, they slide off very easily.

Never Received

I received the wrong item. I sent the incorrect item back and was supposed to be given a refund. I received an email stating that I received the the refund as it was processed, but it did not reflect on my Macy's credit card statement. I had to call customer service and request the refund again and all they could do was submit a ticket and give me a reference number. So I paid for and never received the coat and I'm still waiting on a refund and its been almost a month since they received the package back.

Love it

This coat is super warm and cozy. The length is long but this is what makes it look special. It's super comfortable to walk around and the side zippers are an added style. The chocolate color is fabulous and makes a statement! I say go for it as it's a lovely coat.
