Dress Arrived Without Belt

I read the reviews before ordering and saw that many people complained about the dress arriving without the belt. I thought that after so many comments, the issue would have been fixed and there’s no way the same mistake would keep happening. So I took a chance and ordered it anyway… and it arrived without the belt 😒

Missing Part

I would really love this dress if it hadn’t arrived without the belt, which seriously affects its overall look. I’m surprised the store sells the dress knowing that a key element is missing.

Same as other reviews - missing belt!

Macy’s why do you keep passing this dress around to customers knowing the belt is missing??!! My dress came in a bunched up torn bag with the dress thrown in there with no belt and torn loops! Common, do better.

This is really made of scuba material

The material is terrible very thick and feels like rubber. Came without the belt, sent this back.

Delivered without a belt

The dress came without a belt . It needs the belt to have the complete look, I hope it can be delivered to me . It’s a pretty dress but do better.
