Missing Studs

This is a cute dress, but I returned it because it was missing 2 studs on the waistband. I didn’t exchange it, because apparently the studs falling off will be an issue. I was surprised by the lack of quality control when the dress was shipped. However, customer service in handling my return was excellent.

Nails heads are too golden

In the picture, I thought the nail heads on this dress looked like a gun metal or silver tone; but they're bright gold. It really changed the look of the dress for my teen, so I retuned it. Otherwise, it was super cute. We were very disappointed.
