Steve Madden Handbag

Went to pick up item from store. Box was torn and item missing. The employee apologized and ordered another handbag. Kudos to the employee who was very professional and took the time to help me.

Not What I Expected

I don’t really like it.The gold clasp is duller than the picture . And even for polyurethane it seems very fake and cheap looking.
