OPEN BEFORE CHRISTMAS check 4 damages

2 large holes in the back of the dress for my mother’s gift were so obvious and the packer had to see it before shipping! This was absolutely atrocious and unacceptable. The standards for Macy’s have dropped significantly and you need to check your received packages before Christmas
