So cute but...

Cute but not staying down in the shoulder area. I tried putting up the front flips up. I let hang off shoulders the front flips up. It is a wanna love but, I cant stand having to keep adjusting.

I’m a size 4-6 i ordered a small …. Fit is pretty true too size but it is cut full…what i liked about it was the off the shoulder actually stays up and is probably the reason why i kept it….
