NOT worth the money!

I received this pan as a Christmas gift and LOVED it in the beginning but now less than 5 months later the pan is warped on the bottom to where it wobbles when you use it! I have NEVER had a pan do that to me before and this pan is expensive, you'd think it would have been better at holding up.

Excellent pan!

I bought this pan online, when it had no reviews. Four South Asian cooking, the pans need to be able to handle high heat and immediately transition to low heat, so it's very difficult to find the perfect pan without breaking the bank. This pan is amazing! With one use, I am so impressed at how well the food cooked and how easy it was to clean. I ended up buying 2 more of these 5 qt ones. Now GI finds the matching 3 qt is a much bigger challenge. Highly highly recommend to anyone who cooks regularly!

Deep pan updated

This deep pan was a perfect replacement to an older Calphalon one. This is light, easy to clean and holds just as much food as my larger older pan. I like the glass cover to view what's cooking vs. lifting a solid cover that drips and allows heat to escape. This deal of the day was inviting as the price was right and offered me a nice set to complete the 2 fry pans.

Great features for Everyday use

The best cookware purchase I've made in while. Such an improvement over a regular fry-pan handle, because it's much easier to pick up and carry from range to table, even filled with a full 5-quart capacity. Really lives up to its "everyday" name. Nonstick surface is durable too.
