Cheap Product Quality Horrendous Warranty Support

Bought this unit which failed before the warranty ran out. The unit started to only steam the water and wouldn't put any through the coffee grounds. Customer service sent me through a million hops and although the defect was covered under the warranty before it expired they refused because I forgot to submit 1 specific photo at the end after all the initial documentation and follow-up questions were answered. Horrible service and cheap crappy product. I do not recommend this product to my enemy.

Love my BELLA

I have had the coffe maker since2017, it is worn and I need another. HOW CAN i get one the o li e shop won't let me? Stressed for my BELLA IN DELAWARE

Purchase, if you're patient!

I like the compact size; however, it takes a very long time to pre-heat and brew. At minimum 3 to 4 times longer than a Keurig or similar style coffee maker.
