Stopped working after less than 10 uses

I was gifted this and was thrilled, I love the space saving design... BUT it stopped working after a few days, less than 10 actual "toasts" if you will. We traded it for a replacement and that did the same thing. Lasted about a week and a half, I think because we used it less frequently. Go to the actual Bella website and read the reviews. They mostly say the same thing. Don't waste your time or money! And if you do buy it, keep the box and wait a week or two before you write your review! Save yourself the trouble if at all possible<3
