this toaster misses the top 1/4th of the bread. it burns most of the toast even though the pieces before might not be burned. waste of $$$

Pretty but not great

It's very nice and sleek, but the heating function is off. my toast comes out burnt at the edges but soft in the middle instead of evenly toasted.
