Poor product

I bought this product less than 3 months and is not working right now. In the begining it was working good but in two weeks after, the motor started making noise which my kids couldnt stand anytime they hear it. But now is nont not not. Am rely disappointed. I want my money back for another blender

Motor great. Pitcher is garbage.

Pitcher barring's broke within the first year of purchase, started burning the plastic at the base as it spun. Emailed to redeem guarantee, never heard from anyone or anything, requests went unsewered after multiple attempts. Blender motor works great. I went out an bought a different brand, will not buy this brand again.
