Have Not Received

Placed order on Nov. 13th as a gift. Prior to ordering, delivery date was 3-5 business days. The next day, received a confirmation that item shipped and delivery would be 3-6 business days. As of today, still have not received item. Every time I check the tracker, there is no update on the status. After contacting customer service, was told should have it by Nov. 26th however I never received any update indicating this. Also was told order cannot be cancelled because it has shipped. I've never had this problem with Macy's orders and have vowed not to order from them again. This is absolutely poor customer service.

The toe box is too narrow. It night help if you go up 1/2 size.
