stiff upper

Based on the other reviews, I ordered a 6.5 instead of a 7, which was a mistake, my feet hardly fit into them. I am not going to exchange them since I know I wont like them, the fake leather looks good but is too stiff for me.

Extremely wide!

The shoes are very cute and well-made, but even the W width was too wide for my wide feet - even when I buckled it on the smallest buckle and inserted orthotics, my heel lifted out every time I stepped. Another reviewer mentioned the same but I hoped it wouldn't happen with me. I had to return them, but if you're looking for truly wide shoes these fit the bill.

Didn't fit

These are very adorable shoes. Sadly, I ordered my normal size and my heal slipped out as I walked. I also tried a half size down and I couldn't get my foot in it.
