I was initially quite happy with this pan, but after using it only twice the outer coating has chipped and I suspect that it will keep chipping until it’s unusable. When I first got it, I was surprised at how rough the cast-iron inside was and questioned how I would be able to get that seasoned. It actually seasoned quite easily and has been a great nonstick pan in that aspect. It’s pretty heavy but has even heat. I really like the design. I just wish it was a little more durable.

Breakfast came out nicely with this pan.
My breakfast came out tasting so good using this pan. The handle is very hot to the touch so you do have to use an oven mitt when cooking. You also do have to keep a close eye on the food so it doesn't get overcooked. The seasoning of the pan is option but it seemed to help and did not take too long to do. I love the color of the pan also. It is a very heavy pan do sometimes can be a little bit harder to move around while cooking and cleaning. Cleaning the pan was pretty easy.

Not just for show, but so pretty it could be.
This small but mighty cast iron pan is it! My food cooks perfectly. The pan retains heat for a long time and the heat is evenly distributed. I love that it can go from stove to oven without compromise. It's super easy to clean and didn't get destroyed by using a gas burner like some other pretty pans do. I have bought so much cookware since obtaining a gas stove and I have no clue why it seems to ruin all of my pans, but this one is standing the test of time thus far. Nothing sticks to the pan either. 10 out of 10 for sure.

Great quality heavy duty skillet
I’ve been needing a new skillet and wanting a cast iron one so when I saw this on a free grab I had to have it!! I was even more excited that it was red because my kitchen theme is red and black and it matches my current cookware set! I cook fried chicken quite a bit and this skillet definitely cooked it much better than my current set. It was also SUPER easy to clean. I just need to buy a skillet handle hot pad before I cook anything else.

Top marks all around
I received this Neo Cast 10" frying pan from BergHOFF and Influenster in exchange for my honest opinion. Its color sets it apart from the rest of our now seemingly plain jane cast irons. The enamel coating is visually appealing and helps to keep the cast iron in good shape. The coating on the handle provides some insulation from the heat, making it slightly easier to grab while cooking. We've used this on the electric range, in the oven and with an induction burner. It works beautifully with all although the enamel seems to slow the heating process down a bit on the induction burner (very slight). The cooking surface was rougher than I expected, however it surprised me by how non-stick it was. Even better than what we have been accustomed to and the pour spouts are very handy for grease drainage. Extra points here as well. The pan seems to be thick enough to make it last and not warp. I can't find a single fault with it. Possibly a pan you can use for a lifetime.

Good for small needs
This pan is a good size for small cooking needs. Heats fast stays warm easily. The handle also gets very hot so use caution. Store knowing you want to have it seasoned not cleaned.
