This Berghoff cast Iron skillet is High quality! it cooked my steaks to perfection and they tasted amazing. I season the skillet before using and I think that definitely contributes to a better tasting streak. can't wait to take this baby camping!

Stunning cookware!

This is a stunning pan to add to our collection. The Meringue color is absolutely gorgeous. I love that it is cast iron and will last us forever. As soon as I received it, we seasoned it and couldn't wait to cook with it. So far, we've only done breakfast and the bacon cooked perfectly. Next, I want to try chicken and vegetables. It's a bit difficult for me to clean, being that it is such a heavy item, but my husband does not have any issues. I've never tried anything from the brand, but I'm looking forward to trying more pieces from them. I absolutely love the colors to choose from as well!

Indoor and Outdoor Cast Iron Griddle Pan

This is a durable and beautiful cast iron griddle pan from BergHOFF! I can use this indoor and outdoor! The oven, stove, campfires and outdoor grill. With it being cast iron the heat distributes evenly and heats up quickly! The raised grill ridges gives food beautiful grill marks and flavor while also separating food from grease! And the pan sides are high enough I can also fry food! Love cooking bacon, burgers, brats, fish, vegetables tortillas, roast and more in this well constructed griddle pan!

Great pan.

I was very excited to receive this pan because I was actually looking for something just like this to purchase. It cooks very nicely. It heats up evenly and gives whatever your cooking a beautiful grill like sear! Also the ceramic coating gives it a very nice look to it as well.

Awesome pan!

This cast iron grill pan is heavy, solid and well made. We seasoned it before using. Pan retains heat well and leaves grill marks. The beautiful green color is a bonus, nice pop to our kitchen.

A high quality pan that'll last for years!

The BergHOFF Neo Cast Iron, 11" square grill pan is the ultimate in a durable pan besides being such a stylish design. This came with some really good instructions that I definitely needed. They will help me to use it correctly, to prolong its life, and appearance. This pan, with its raised grill ridges, will definitely be wonderful for grilled sandwiches as well as meats. I love that this is multifunctional in the way that I can use it in the oven as well as on the stovetop. The pour spouts on both side makes it more versatile and easier to drain. It's really nice that this DOES NOT have to be seasoned. This pan is very heavy, a high quality design, and I love the green. I'm looking forward to having this a very long time because I see it being a long lasting and versatile piece of quality cookware.
