great for frying!

I was very happy to try this for my honest opinion I had never used a splatter screen at all before and I do fry a lot. It was the perfect opportunity when I was frying fish fritters! it worked out terrifically. One of my biggest fears is getting splattered by oil so this stopped the splash as they were cooking.
