Ruined Betsy Johnson earrings

I received every pair damaged. The shipper sent them in a paper envelope and all the studs were broken or bent from being processed through the postal system. I contacted Macy’s each time I received them but the replacements were also damaged. I was told to just throw them away. I saved every envelope with the punctures in them. Then I just got a Macy’s gift card.
