Beautiful dress with terrible zipper

Gorgeous dress but Betsy & Adam needs to improve their zippers. I actually purchased 2 of their formals and both had zippers that only went down 4 inches before getting stuck. I was in a time crunch and loved the dress so I brought it to a tailor to have the zipper replaced.
