Poor quality buttons

This is a very beautiful dress and it looked very nice on me. Sadly I had to return the dress because the buttons on each side of the wrist were very flimsy and hard to unbutton. Due to the difficulty a button on each side came off the wrist sleeves the day I received the dress when trying it on. For this to be such an expensive dress the buttons should be of better quality. For this reason alone the dress was returned.
