Beautiful and Elegant

I have ordered multiple dresses trying to find the right style and fit that flatters my short waisted full figure. This is my second choice but only because I love the high-low ruffled gown more for the drama. It's very flattering. I was ordering size 16 and they were just a smidge too tight in the torso and the 14W in this dress fit perfectly. I'm thinking about keeping it anyway because I got it on sale.
