Very Disappointing Experience with Macy’s

I purchased a product online that, according to them, was left at my front door. I never received it. I filed a claim, waited the 5 days they requested, and in the end they told me they would not issue a refund or send a replacement. Basically, I lost my money and they washed their hands of it. A store that doesn’t stand behind its customers or guarantee the delivery of its products is not trustworthy. To make matters worse, their credit card is a rip-off with extremely high interest rates. After this experience, I will never shop at Macy’s again and I do not recommend it to anyone.
