Disappointed

This was supposed to come with a gel pack. Mine was clearly ripped off. Where is quality control??

Awesome backpack set!

Don’t understand the bad reviews! The backpack set my little guy received was great quality. First of all, it is his favorite character (right now). The material of the backpack and lunchbag don’t feel cheap. It almost feels two ply and there’s no fraying. The straps and the entire back are padded which is a big plus if the child carries an ipad or small laptop like my child does. When it’s winter and his bag is full of winter gear (boots,snow pants,extra clothes just in case,etc) I will appreciate that padding. Even the lunch bag is padded with a little insulation, and the velcro on ours was excellent. It’s strong and it extends the length of the opening to keep it closed. Little one liked the pencil bag. Agree that the plastic bottle should not be used for drinks, but that can be said for plastics in general. And we also will not use the ice pack with beads. Too tempting for a child. The tag on ours reads “made especially for Macy’s “, and think it’s a great product.

I am horrified by Macy’s customer service

This is the third set I purchased and this one is missing the gel pack that keeps the food cold. I am extremely disappointed with the level of service.

its colors are perfect, but it is bad material, the bottle of water is very bad, it is a very bad plastic, to the point that I think I will have to buy another backpack in a couple of months I do not think it lasts the whole course because it is not of good quality

Good material not a cheap backpack comes with everything we need specially with this hot weather in Bakersfield CA the ice pack comes in handy my 4 year loves the backpack its perfect size for him he is 44 inches tall

Save your money

I'm surprised macy's is selling such a low quality backpack...doubt it will even last a month. I'm returning it.
