Fantastic Rug Cleaner
Fantastic rug cleaner! It had been a minute since we last cleaned our carpets (plenty of small stains, addition of a puppy, etc.). This unit did an amazing job cleaning EVERYTHING well, and sucked most of the water out so drying was quick. Super simple to use as well! Highly recommend!

Good but not great
Very nice looking and powerful. It provides a good suction. However, in reality it lacks a proper contact with the carpet due to its light weight. For a thick carpet, we had to press the front part of the base to pull out the dirty water that was being left behind otherwise. Attachments are also not so great.

I used this to clean a persian carpet, an outdoor woven carpet, Also 2 large couches- it cleans amazingly well!

Not working properly
This machine leaks. When you stop moving it continues to put water on the floor. Our previous one did the same thing that's why we bought this one. Unfortunately for us, now we have to wait for another one and have only 3 days to get done. On the other hand, we do love this brand for it's cost and normally it's quality.

Great carpet cleaner
Great carpet cleaner — an upgrade from my previous unit. I especially appreciated the larger volume of clean and dirty water compartments and the wider swath cleaned in each pass 😊. Combines, this made the job more efficient without the need to empty/refill these reservoirs several times to clean an entire carpeted room.

Lost confidence In Bissell products
I am not happy with this unit, this is my fourth cleaner in two years, they do not hold up well and the drive belt always breaks. My new unit is only three weeks old and no longer dispenses liquid cleaning fluid. I am very disappointed in this Bissell product.

I would NOT recoomend this device.
I bought the ProHeat Bissell, the motor burned out before I finished using it the first time. I returned it and it was replaced. The second machine stopped the water flow to the brushes after the first use.
