Good job

In the past, I've always rented steam cleaners for my carpets. I took the plunge and purchased the Bissell. It does a very good job on the carpets - equal or better than the ones I've rented in the past. Gave it four stars because I found the upholstery attachment to be less effective. It puts out too much water, leaving water spots on the furniture. I solved this by using a spray bottle to mist the furniture and then the attachment to withdraw it.

Highly effective, easy to use and maintain

Very effective carpet cleaner and may be maintained by the average user including videos for replacing several of the parts and for cleaning. Is actually rated as one of the most highly rated by Consumer Report magazine.

Love the new structure

I love the fact that the tanks are on top of each other making it easy to empty them. My old one was one tank and extremely heavy. Love this. Leans beautifully.

A Top of the Line Home Unit

I am impressed with the thought put into the design of this unit. The ability to select a deep clean or quick clean is helpful. The impressive suction was surprising. The ability to easily remove the brush cover for cleaning is very helpful. The dirty water container is easy to empty. Only two things I would like improved were the motor noise and a few more feet on the power cord would be nice. For a home unit, this is a winner.

Bissell 2X Revolution Pet Pro Plus Carpet Cleaner

Leaves a lot of water in the carpet. It took my area rug 3 days to dry. I finally had to take it out to my driveway and let the sun help it dry.

4 Dogs

I have my brother and his wife moved in 4 little dogs now it’s a chore to get them to go outside all at the same time the carpet cleaner revived the carpet especially in the winter months
