DO NOT BUY

Love the concept and how it worked. But used it about five times and low and behold, the handle up top broke. Had the wires still in it so was able to finish the floor, but only made of plastic, what a stupid design since this is where you hold the machine. I could understand a plastic overlap over an aluminum tube. Have only had a couple of months, no receipt or box so off in the trash this will go. Do not buy cheaply made.

Best Steamer I have ever purchased

I absolutely love this steamer. It does a fantastic job on cleaning. My tile looks clean, but it is porous, so it holds the dirt and this steamer really cleans it.

Highly recommend!

With 3 inside dogs, who sometimes have accidents, I never felt like my floors were getting really clean with traditional mopping. My daughter recommended I look into steam mops so I began to research them. I decided on the Bissell Spinwave SmartSteam because of its excellent reviews and reputation. I absolutely love how clean my floors are now and highly recommend it! It’s very easy to assemble and the pads are easy to clean, just throw them in the washer and hang them to dry. One of my favorite features is the 25 foot power cord, which enables me to clean a large area without having to replug it into another outlet. I also love how it cleans without needing harsh detergents, just fill with filtered water, let it heat to over 200 degrees and start cleaning. I do vacuum first to get up any dog hair before using the mop. It’s easy to maneuver around furniture and will even fit underneath some of my furniture. It doesn’t leave any streaks on my floors and my floors dry very quickly after using the steam mops. My floors have never felt cleaner!

I'm done buying it!

I love this product, but I'm on my 3rd as it ALWAYS breaks at the mop connection, and the steam comes upwards instead of towards the floor.

I like it more than Crosswave for deep cleaning.

It’s very satisfying to use this product. I was able to scrub my kitchen floors off old grime that just got embedded in to the tiles from years of use and would not come off with regular washing. For that I had to use pink paste though, I would just drop blobs on the floor here and there and go over them with the rotating steamer which would spread and scrub over the tiles. It was very satisfying to see grey dirt come off. It would be very unbearable to do this with my hands. After that I had to wipe the loosened dirty scam, I used Bissel crossway for that, but I suppose that clean pads on the rotating steamer would work as well. Now I just use plain steam to upkeep the tile,and it does great scrubbing. It quietly huffs and puffs over the floors. I actually like it more than Bissell Cross wave, which doesn’t do such a deep cleaning. Neither rotating steamer nor cross wave wash grout lines, I am yet to find the best and fastest way for those. I am happy with the purchase, and recommend it.

Love It!

I purchased the SpinWave Smart for our new home. We have LVP and with all of the construction, move in grime I wanted to make sure the cleanliness of our floors could be guaranteed. I’ve been using this throughout the move, load and unpack, and it’s been great. Would buy again!!
