Breaks Easily
Love hate this product. I’ve had TWO of these. They clean marvelously. The problem however is that BOTH have broken just above the mop head where the steam emanates. A small hose that supplies the rotating heads dislodges allowing steam to spew out the top of the unit. It’s of little help without the steam. I returned the first one and now the second one has developed the SAME ISSUE. All-in-all it’s very frustrating as I love how well it cleans if/when it functions properly.

Cleans great , but forget the corners!!!
Machine works fine but its distinct lack of ability to clean corners is so poor. I watched a ton of reviews and no one addressed this basic issue, and until I tried it out , it didn’t even cross my mind.

Best Tool for Cleaning Our Marble Floor
We've had marble floors for decades now in our laundry room, kitchen, entryway and part of the living room. I've never been able to get them clean and streak free no matter how hard I've tried. I used to dread cleaning them. This steam mop is wonderful. Assembled easily, heats up quickly, cleans and polishes our floor with ease. The pads wash up better than any I've used, too. This week I've even cleaned the floor twice because it was so easy!

Handle broke
I love this the first time we used it, but after the second time we pulled the handle to move it and a nail fell off and the handle broke so we figured out how to maybe put it back on, but then it broke again now it’s useless unfortunately Unfortunately, we cannot return it now
Worth It
I am very happy with this steam mop. Per my research it was one of the better one3s and at a good price. I have a bottle filled with Pine Sol that I spray on the tile and pass the mop over it. Saves on money.
