Best Tool for Cleaning Our Marble Floor
We've had marble floors for decades now in our laundry room, kitchen, entryway and part of the living room. I've never been able to get them clean and streak free no matter how hard I've tried. I used to dread cleaning them. This steam mop is wonderful. Assembled easily, heats up quickly, cleans and polishes our floor with ease. The pads wash up better than any I've used, too. This week I've even cleaned the floor twice because it was so easy!

Handle broke
I love this the first time we used it, but after the second time we pulled the handle to move it and a nail fell off and the handle broke so we figured out how to maybe put it back on, but then it broke again now it’s useless unfortunately Unfortunately, we cannot return it now
Worth It
I am very happy with this steam mop. Per my research it was one of the better one3s and at a good price. I have a bottle filled with Pine Sol that I spray on the tile and pass the mop over it. Saves on money.

Never
I have had nothing but problems with this machine from day 1. It leaks constantly and abruptly stops working. I watched all the troubleshooting videos and nothing has resolved this issue. I believe this was defective out of the box. I do not recommend this product at all.

Not a good scrubber
Hate this machine! Should have gone to a store for purchase. The power cord ??? Not a good idea for winding up the cord. Also, can't use soap.

Good mop for the price
This is a easy to use "steam" mop, and I bought it on sale. We have tile floors, and they are not easy to keep clean with a dog. Overall, I am pleased with the spin mop. It was a little bit of a challenge to assemble it due mainly to the instructions being very short. It came with a total of 4 mop heads, which is good. I would suggest that your floors be wet mopped and allowed to dry immediately before using this mop because the pads become very dirty quickly is the floor is not pre-mopped. As I said, overall I am quite pleased with the tool, and will know more based on its longevity.
