Bitzee hamster ball

I bought this yesterday 17/1 for my 7 year old. Once she had gone her hamster she became quite upset that she couldn’t restart the whole growing process, became bored with it.

Doesn't work.

I ordered these for my two daughters to give christmas gift BUT only 1 item was delivered even though I ordered the two items!!

Bitzee Hamster Ball Interactive Toy

Received the product, that appeared to have been opened. When attempting to set up the Bitzee toy, the mechanism did not work and was stalled in the start mode and would not move beyond. This may be a product issue or a damage issue. Returning.
