Disappointed!!

If I could leave a negative star, I would. I paid full price, but to receive the product as an opened and used sample! A sample!!! We are talking about an opened,half used, sample bottle that was received messy with stains on the bottle. I’m so disappointed with the vendor and just as disappointed with Macy for lack of quality control that does not meet the standards! Presentation is important and if the seller was out of stock, I would rather they reached out to say out of stock with an option to receive the messy sample. I’m not able to speak to the product because I cannot get past receiving an opened, messy and half used sample!!
