Never Received

This can't be a product review as I never received the package, even though tracking indicates it was delivered. It was shipped by UPS but final delivery was made by USPS. Macy's customer service gave me different statuses and I don't know which one is correct because she hurried to end the call. This circus act isn't worth the price of admission.
