Not what I expected

I'm 5'9 and I thought these boots would be tall over my calves but they're not and they run small I got a 9M should've gotten 10M. I'm very disappointed with the boots false advertisement.

Nice reasonably priced boots .

True to size . Comfortable to walk in . I have smaller calves, I love how they are snug with leggings . Will look nice with a dress or skirt .

Poor Packing

I'm so disappointed! These boots were exactly what I had been looking for. When they arrived today, I was very thrown off by the size of the box. It was much smaller than what I would expect for tall boots. Upon opening the box, I found that the boots had been folded in half to fit in the box. This fold was very intentional. In fact, there was cardboard wrapped around each boot in a way that ensured they would stay folded in half. After removing the packaging, I found that storing the boots in that folded position had created a very noticeable crease in the front of each boot. I have stuffed each boot with some packing material and I'm hoping it will smooth the front. However, if that doesn't work I will be returning these.
