ABSOLUTELY BAD QUALITY
I'm BB fan and using BB product more than 20 yrs. I've bought many brushes from this brand e.g. Powder / Cheek (blush) / Bronze / Angle, also brushed set. There were no problems about them even I bought such a long long time. (some were more than 10 or 15 years) Lately I bought this lip brush last year (July 2021). Rarely using it (less than 10 times). You can see the color of the handle still be an ivory color and quite new, also the hair is still be good.) I just put it in my cosmetic bag for an emergency case. Last week I found that there was a problem with the glue (see the attached) and the product separated itself (the hair part and the handle part) Also, I contacted to BB distributor, they said they cannot do anything. This lip brush is about 1650 THB or about 50 USD. OMG!!! Why it is so POOR QUALITY like this ???

The ease in which you can use.fits in the smallest purse.
Not retractable but AWESOME
This is such an awesome product ! I use it to get down to the last bits of my lip products - that I used to throw away. I highly recommend you try this !

Very Nice Design!
This is an expensive brush, worth it because of the quality. Bristles don't come out and the longer length cap stays on better than others that are short -- so no mess from the cap falling off. While in use, the cap can be attached to the end to extend the length of the brush. Very nice design.

Not as STATED/DESCRIBED
Please remove the word "retractable" from the description, it is NOT retractable. I could have bought a brush for $2 if I wanted a simple brush. I wanted a RETRACTABLE brush so it would not paint my make-up bag with lipstick streaks. You have been aware of this incorrect information for over three years and it still states "retractable lip brush". It's false advertising. Shame on you Bobbi Brown. I love your make-up but this last-minute purchase left me angrily deceived.

Not impressed AT ALL
I purchased this as a present for one of my friends and when it was shipped to me it was just in a piece of cellophane… Not even in a box. When she opened it, we could tell that it would be very difficult to use. The brush is not retractable and you have to actually try to put it back in the cap and we could just imagine the mess and the crooked bristles that would occur trying to do that. I am absolutely returning this.
Great brush on the go
I have several Bobbi Brown brushes I love so when I recently bought a MAC lipstick palette and needed a lip brush, I decided to try Bobbi again. I am not disappointed! It is the correct stiffness to pick up the product well and yet apply it to the lips smoothly. What I love most is that it is compact enough to fit in my makeup bag, but when you attach the cap to the end of it's handle, it is the length of a full size brush.
