Arrived defective, no response from manufacturer

One of the glasses arrived with sharp glass ridges and a convex bottom. The manufacturer did not respond to inquiries for replacement.

Love 'em!

I love these glasses. The are heavy and look very nice when I put alcohol and ice in them.
