Great but not perfect.
Came, (eventually),really well packed, quality equipment. All set up,all good,but not being able to turn off the 'truspace' was the deal breaker. Excellent returns experience with a very quick refund. Would undoubtedly be my first choice if the 'truspace' was switchable.

I've both this about a month ago, and the base in its self is very impressive. Also, having the Alexa functionality makes this product a regular use.

Wonderful sound
Great sound bar and easy hookup. However, I need a sound bar with an opitical out connection not the optical in one. I use My Starkey app with Genius 24 hearing aids for streaming and I can’t not stream with this sound bar to my aids. Unfortunately I will have to return.

Happy with it but could use more/better bass. But then I would have no need for the subwoofers tho . . . .

Great Bose Sound.
Another quality Bose product, replaced my 15 year old Bose Lifestyle V10 that went out. Should probably include mounting brackets with unit.

POOR Help!!
I purchased the Sound Bar and Base 500 units. VERY POOR instructions!!!!!I downloaded app and for 2 weeks tried to sync. Finally I went on to the live chat, which took forever, and the agent spent over 1/2 hour trying this and that. I almost hung upd was going to send back this junk. Everyone told me to buy Trivoli instead. I did not listen, what a mistake!!!!! I still don't know if it is wireless!!!!
