Scammed and fraudulent

I ordered a set of Bose Ultra Wide headphones to receive only a charger, which I never ordered. It shows on a receipt that it should be in the package, which I never received Macy’s. I don’t understand the third parties companies you guys using by suggest you shouldn’t this is highly disrespectful and unnecessary. Please fix.
