Metal Tokens not as advertised (not happy)

It’s about the tokens for me! Game delivered shows 3 different metal tokens than the ones advertised on Macy’s. What I see is High Five, Big Smile, Heart, The Dog (which looks like a Bull dog), Pretzel and Gym Shoe. Why is advertised on Macy’s is Ball Cap, Swan, Heart, Pretzel, Gym Shoe and Dog (which actually looks more like a real Boston Terrier)
