Beater release buton doesn't work
Purchased this mixer twice (thought the first mixer was defective) so it was re-ordered. The beaters do not release when pressing the button. You have to press the release button then pull out the beaters by hand.

wrong model
The second time I’m ordering this mixer, but they are sending totally different cheap version model of it. This is not acceptable! Why to lie and miss advertise the product? Macys, please Investigate this further.

Poor beater quality
The mixer is great, lightweight and super quiet. MultyWhisk beaters do the job well and fast, but unfortunately the way they are made doesn't make them long lasting: after just two and a half months of light use, one of the beaters snapped off (I took a photo but the form doesn't let me to upload it!!). I wish this model came with solid stainless steel beaters rather than molded in plastic. How can I get a replacemnt?

Arrived broken
I love the quality of Braun products, but this blender arrived broken. The motor inside was shaking and probably got loose for some reason in the shipping. I returned it.

Love the Mixer the Whisks Not so much!
I like this powerful little hand mixer( HM1010) but the whisks are too flimsy for the power that this mixer puts out. Yesterday I was working on my Christmas cookies, blending just butter and sugar, and one of the whisks broke apart. Now my hand mixer only has 1 whisk making it useless. I have searched for replacement whisks and do not see any on your site. I hope I don't have to purchase an entirely new mixer just to get a whisk.

Does the job; it is quiet and easy to handle. I hope, it will last as long as my older Braun mixer... 24 years

Braun multi mix hand mixer
This mixer has a lot more power than most hand mixers and the shape of the beaters gives it a little more strength than the whisk type beaters.
