[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this for my wife as her old hand mixer was toast. This one is great, super easy to use. Easy storage, works well. Really easy to get out and use and useful for cooking. Braun is a trusted brand.

I bought this mixer after Christmas and finally started using this February. Mixer itself is very good, light and has enough power for the weight/class of the mixer. Although would've been even better with a slower start. My biggest problem is with the whisk attachment. On the third use metal got bent. And we are talking about cake batter, nothing overly hard, no dough kneading nothing like that. I used Braun products for years and this is not the quality i was expecting, very disappointing.

The 5 speeds give you more options, with LOW and HIGH speeds working as expected. Two sets of attachment tools (beater/whisk combo and dough hooks) and storage bag are a big plus. Highly Recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Braun mixer comes with 2 attachments. One set is for general mixing and the other is for bread dough. I did not have a need for the bread dough attachments. Any bread I make is typically too large to mix by hand. We used the all purpose attachments for a pizza cheeseball/dip. The cream cheese was pretty thick, but that was no issues for the mixer. There was no need to use the higher speeds, number 1 was fast enough! I should have used a deeper/larger bowl because we had some splatter. It has a nice quiet motor HOWEVER I did think the attachments looked a little cheap. My original hand mixer has all metal attachments. The Braun mixer has plastic and metal. The plastic was already dented/marked up when I opened the box and excess plastic was hard to peel away when washing. I washed it before use and worried the plastic could fall off into my food. The on/off button was a little tough to push but will probably loosen up with use. Prefer all metal attachments.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like this Braun mixer because it's not bulky, very lightweight, and sturdy. My wife loves it too because her arm doesn't get tired from using it. The Product Quality is a good grade, and the motor is robust compared to its size. It comes with a beater and kneader attachment with a 4-speed operation. It also comes with a bag to store attachments. It is a sturdy and straightforward mixer that is very easy to use. The extensions are a unique design that makes cleaning them very easy. (Just put the beaters in the dishwasher.) It is a great little mixer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For some reason, I have three handheld mixers, but this Braun mixer is my favorite one! It's lightweight and the design of the handle, is perfect! When not in use, the cord securely stays wrapped in place, which is a huge plus, for me. The included "carrying" bag is great, as it keeps all of the pieces together. The mixer itself, does a great job mixing, and even has a turbo speed. Surprisingly, the mixer (motor) is fairly quiet. I love the design of the regular beaters because they are so much easier to clean, after using. The included dough hooks work exceptionally well, for bread, pasta, and other thick doughs. Both sets of beaters detach very easily, with the push of a button. I would definitely rate this set five out of five!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This mixer is ok. Not as powerful as I had hoped. My first test was chocolate chip cookies. Once I started mixing in the flour (about halfway through) I switched to the dough hooks. Worked like a charm. It easily mixed in the rest of the flour and chocolate chips. It was bogging down before I switched the hooks. I used this to make delicious omelets easily whipping in the ingredients. I also used this to make homemade whipping cream. About 5 minutes and it was done. Heavy cream and a bit of vanilla and sugar. Delicious! The only downfall of this mixed is the release button. To eject the beaters/or dough hooks took quiet a bit of effort. As a matter of fact my 16 year old daughter can't do this by herself. I had to use both thumbs pushing with all my might. I thought I was doing something wrong.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Brain multi mix hm1010 is a good hand mixer. The components are solid and it does a great job. I used it on a cake and buttercream that I would typically make in my stand mixer and it got the job done well. I think a hand mixer is often overlooked as a core tool for a kitchen and this one will be great to have around.
