Great Business Small Laptop Backpack

I love this backpack. It’s built for small laptops which is what my company uses for those of us that work in the field and not in an office. The number of pockets and how they’re placed in the backpack is great. One thing I do wish it had was a dedicated spot for the laptops power cord in the bottom of one of the compartments. Other than that I think this is about as perfect as you can make a laptop backpack for business.

Unfortunately terrible design flaw!

The backpack is an investment piece for those, like me, that care about high-caliber design and luxury products. The major issue I’ve encountered with the backpack is that their fabric choice for the padded back is very low quality. I’ve only had my bag (which I proudly monogrammed!) for a couple of months and it’s already looking quite bad and embarrassingly worn. As I business travelers I pride myself in trying to maintain a clean image but unfortunately my Briggs & Riley backpack covers very short to it… unfortunately.

A Perfect Bag

I love the medium cargo work bag. I previously had the slim backpack, and realized I needed a slightly larger bag. This bag is perfect for me. It is thoughtfully made and is human centered design. There are plenty of pockets for everything you could possibly want to carry including a mini umbrella to a laptop, e-reader, and tablet. There are convenient pockets to hold your passport, or keys on the front side. I travel with this bag, and I am never fumbling for anything. The construction is durable and has a premium feel. The zippers are excellent quality and feel like they will last a long time. This is a great work bag and if you travel, I can attest that it fits perfectly underneath the chair.

I’m a business traveler 50%

I’m a business traveler 50% of my work life and needed a smaller backpack to go under the seat on airlines. This is more relevant on international flights where under the seat space is very tight. The Slim Backpack is exactly what I was looking for and after a few business trips, I’m very pleased with the purchase. My daughter is happy as she “Inherited” my larger Briggs & Riley Backpack. 😊

Great quality, boring colors

Very good quality, as always. Love the expandability and all the clever, thoughtful pockets and zips. I WISH the brief came in colors other than navy and black. Very disappointed in that aspect.

Very nice design with tons

Very nice design with tons of storage options. Wish the main compartment was slightly deeper. I travel very often for work and like to try and get 4 days of clothes and work product in my bags. Have to pack strategically, but can make it work. My old Hartmann bag had a better main compartment, but the B&R is better in every other way.
