My Favorite Shoe for Walking and Short Jogs

I use these shoes primarily for walking with intermittent jogging. They provide good support and are comfortable. I appreciate that the toe box is roomy.

New runner's opinion

I am new to running, and have fairly serious foot pain. The cushioning is not 100% relief, but does help. I have found that I have to wear the shoes almost daily so my feet adjust to them, otherwise my Plantar pains come back about 10 minutes into a run. I bought the bright yellow, so at least I look fast ( until someone actually sees me run). I am very happy with the overall quality and value of the shoe.

I’m biased

I own 15 pairs of Brooks. I have different styles for different uses. The GTS 23 are light, comfortable yet offer great support. These are the only athletic shoes I wear.

Too small I have 4 pair of Adrenaline GST 22 all size 9 i got these the 23s in the same size and they are too small and now sold out so i can not exchange or return them. not sure why the same model would change size with the new edition.
