Don't buy from Macys!

Never received these shoes even though I got an email saying I did. Don't buy from Macys--they are incompetent and their customer service reps are a bunch of liars. Had to get my CC to dispute the charges because Macy's is incompetent and dishonest.

Used shoes

I ordered the shoes and they were delivered used. The bottoms were worn out and they were creased. Horrible service, they should double check items before sending them out.

Amazing Italina Quality

Dop NOT Doubt BRUNO MAGLI! This shoe is everything I want in a dress lace up. rubber and leather sole, super elegant on and people thing I spent 6 or 700 on them. I see today that it is on SALE , I may just buy the brown.
