Delivery and third party shipper are awful

Shoes arrived a week later than expected, and the package was delivered to the wrong address. Reached out to third party seller (Phoenix Footwear) via email and phone…..nothing. No email response and no call back. I found the house pictured in the delivery photo and retrieved the package. It was destroyed (neighbor said it arrived that way). Shoes were not damaged and I returned one pair. Two weeks later, no refund and no one returning my calls. This is my last order from Macys.

So cute but runs big in the heel

This shoe fit good for the first hour but stretched out so fast my heel was lifting out of the shoe. Didn't want to order a smaller size because the toes fit fine. Had to return so sad cus I loved them
