Product never came, Macys service unhelpful

0 is more appropriate. Product never came, Macys customer service unhelpful. Shoes were ordered 10 days ago and tracking link provided is blank. When I called Macys a customer service rep told me he could give me the number to the 3rd party they are getting the shoes from. I told him that was unacceptable as I did business with Macys and the paying customer should not be put in the middle to figure it out. I had to had to wait 30 minutes to speak to next line of support who told me I should hear something in 5 business days. This is frustrating and I will not be back to Macys once I get this sorted. Bring back customer service please!
