They will NOT include a pump

Was an avid fan of this product but the Litre size they refuse to supply a pump. Using this product in the shower without a pump is awkward and heavy. I texted them asking to send one (even purchase) and was told no. I returned both Shampoo and conditioner 1 litre size. Trying another brand now.

Old Formula Was Much Better

I bought the 33 oz because I’ve always loved this conditioner but now I find they’ve changed the formula. It conditions ok but not as nice as the old formula and the new scent is like a heavy perfume my grandmother may have liked but I prefer the old fresh clean scent. I don’t know that I’ll finish the bottle.

New formula

I've used Bb thickening for several years, but they recently changed the formula. Whereas it used to be a sweet smelling white cream conditioner, it is now a thinner brownish-yellow consistency with different scent. It seems to work OK, but is not as rich feeling in my hair. I probably won't repurchase this product.
