Terrible performance

Bought two of these thinking one was defective. Turns out item stops working shortly after you buy it. Want to support but buy something else that will work beyond a week. I too replaced the batteries and it still doesn’t work.

Had two and both stopped working

I have had two of these . I had the original it lasted a little over a year . I got a new one a few months ago ( supposed to be improved ) and now it has quit working as well and I will definitely try something different. Also Both were real finicky when traveling with them. They would never work when I reached my destination no matter how I packed it and I would have to take the batteries in and out a few times and bang it lol to get it to work .

It Doesnt Last Long - Find a different brush

I've only had this for a year but it's already dead and I don't mean the batteries have died. I mean even with a fresh pack of batteries it won't turn on and their "warranty" for it only last for 90 days. My friends have other face brushes that have lasted them years but I went with this to try and support a black owned business. I would recommend going with another brush that would offer better longevity also one that feels more natural in the hand verses this one as it's not shaped well and is unnecessarily large imo.

This Brush is amazing

I am usually sceptical about using cleansing brushes out of fear of skin tearing/breaking due to rough surfaces. But this brush is amazing. I have been using for over a month and have not seen any scarring.
