Product is being gutted and Volume Deception!!

Product is being gutted and Volume Deception!! I have seen the review below from a customer named Sky with the title "Volume Deception" and that time I also accepted the argument "that it because the box was tilted sideways during shipping." However, I have ordered Shiseido - Buy 2 Benefiance Wrinkle Smoothing Eye Creams, Get 30% Off! 0.51-oz. online TWICE, four jars also had huge indentations in the cream for all the same with Sky's case. I think that Shiseido's cream jars had been partially gutted of the cream inside of each product. I have trusted the Shiseido brand for more than 20 years, as well as good faith in buying from Macy's. So acting is unacceptable, I ask Shiseido to strictly control and monitor the incident to regain the trust of the client. I have attached a photo for everyone to see and evaluate.
