Beautiful but paper sticking to rhinestones

I bought a black pair. Beautiful shoes but the tissuee paper in the shoe box was sticking to the shoes in many places. It was a chore using a tiny knife to get the paper out between the rhinestones and grooves. I would have sent them back if I did not need them for this weekend.

Bad bad so bad

I never received my package, the seller never responded me, they stole my money. Macy’s said “we only can send to you a gift card” but when I said ok, they hung up on me!
