2 months ago2nd unit working ok. 1st unit failed after 2 month
The second unit is working. The first unit stopped functioning properly after less than 2 months of use. GE did the right thing and honored the 1 year warranty and sent a new unit after some back and forth and requiring arduous steps for a replacement.

Is this is best espresso machine on the planet? No. But it is a great option for folks who want great espresso on a budget. It can be a little glitchy at times, but 98% of the time it brews perfect espresso. It's simple enough to clean. The water tank has great capacity! We do not use WiFi enabled features on appliances so I can't speak to the interface. I just can't imaging needing to make coffee with my phone. It is plastic mostly, but it looks really nice on the counter with all the other coffee appliances!

Nothing but trouble from the start. And suggested fixes did not help. Cleaned numerous times and still spits grinds everywhere. Wish I would have read reviews before I purchased. If I did I would have purchased a different brand completely.

Terrible Product
GE needs to stop selling this. Like a lot of other reviews, we have a machine that constantly leaks. We already got it replaced once and the new one constantly leaks too. The grinder doesn’t work. Horrible machine - GE needs to remove this product from their lineup. By

Page 19 of the Use and Care Manual (https://products-salsify.geappliances.com/image/upload/s--mXZPAxZU--/9ff3e32d058fa5f0c6627598e00446e4728b081b.pdf) provides some troubleshooting tips in the "There is water underneath the drip tray" and "Leaking water from the portafilter during brewing" sections. Page 16 of the same Use and Care Manual provides cleaning instructions to improve the operation of the grinder. It is a great addition to my home
I love my Cafe Bellissimo machine. It is such great quality and so easy to use. Very happy with the quality of the machine and it is great addition to my home. It took me a bit of time to learn how to use it as I am not a coffee professional but have enjoyed using it once I figure it out. The instructions provided were so easy. Love the easy clean up of the machine as well.

The grinder went out after almost a year of using it. I kept up today on all the routine maintenance and cleaning up the grinder weekly and use high-quality espresso beans, but it was burnt out and basically melted when I called GE it was right past my year warranty so they offered no help. This is an expensive purchase for it to last no longer than a year. It does pre-ground espresso beans well still.

It was working so good and it’s been 11 months now but now it stopped working and doesn’t do full shot it only does a half shot and starts flashing lights
