I bought my espresso machine in October 2025, 5 months later the grinder light won't turn off. I have kept up the maintenance on the machine and cleaned the grinder three times. I am so disappointed as I spent a lot of time selecting it and other cafe appliance items. I want the machine replaced at this point.

Poor Product Quality
This is only a couple of months old and already leaking from the group head. I am disappointed that it can't be repaired.

nightmare
i Had issues with this machine since purchase. Now it has stopped working period. I have all my appliances Cafe and it has been a nightmare with every one of them. Do not buy. as beautiful as they are the parts are cheap and break just by looking at it.

Disappointment
I don’t typically leave reviews. But I am highly disappointed. I received this as a birthday present last year and have had nothing but problems with it. Can’t connect to WiFi. Leaking water. Inconsistency grinding of beans. The kicker is the last clean cycle I have performed it is stuck on clean. After reading in this and watching videos. They say to unplug this for 5-10 minutes this didn’t work. Another video stated to updaei through the app. Unfortunately you can only due this if it’s connected to WiFi. Unfortunately I have decide to get rid of this and hope my next machine is if better quality.

It was working so good and it’s been 11 months now but now it stopped working and doesn’t do full shot it only does a half shot and starts flashing lights

2nd unit working ok. 1st unit failed after 2 month
The second unit is working. The first unit stopped functioning properly after less than 2 months of use. GE did the right thing and honored the 1 year warranty and sent a new unit after some back and forth and requiring arduous steps for a replacement.

Not bad at all!
Is this is best espresso machine on the planet? No. But it is a great option for folks who want great espresso on a budget. It can be a little glitchy at times, but 98% of the time it brews perfect espresso. It's simple enough to clean. The water tank has great capacity! We do not use WiFi enabled features on appliances so I can't speak to the interface. I just can't imaging needing to make coffee with my phone. It is plastic mostly, but it looks really nice on the counter with all the other coffee appliances!

Terrible Machine
When it works its fine. It doesnt heat up hot enough, and don't say use the cup warmer, cause that doesnt even got hot enough to use as a hand warmer. It is loud! Like obnoxiously loud. And it breaks. So flipping easily. Wasn't home one day and suddenly got notifications in the app that my hopper needed to replace. Not just one notification, but >100. No one else uses it but me, so when I get home I take it apart, clean everything, reassemble and it continues to intermittently work but still occasionally gives me the error until finally that stops working. Try a replacement hopper, doesnt do it. Try the help line- not helpfully. So do not recommend. Mine was just over 2 years old and I only used it 3x/week at most.
