pro and cons

good jacket, nice fitting, however, minus 2 stars for gimmick customer service. The delivery was delayed for 3 days no movement. First customer rep offered a full refund, for uncertainty on the delivery since there was no updates, and told me if the jacket happens to arrive I can keep it and still receive the full refund. Days later the jscket arrived. Weeks later no refund, so I called them back and told them what happened, the rep offered me a $15 refund for inconvenience. Almost a month now, haven't seen no refund. So I found that, the rep were lying.

Looks and feels good!

Purchased for my grandson for a wedding. This is a great suit. He felt good in it and was comfortable. He didn't change out of his suit all night even when given the option.
