Horrible Online pickup experience

I seen this coat in the store in Chicago men’s dept. It looked great! But order it online to pickup thinking since I just seen it in the store. Wasn’t able to pickup for like 4 days!! Even though o just saw it. Next problem I pickup and they had folded up in a small bag!! I ask to open and when she did it was wrinkled so bad I wanted to return it. Nothing like the way I saw it on the sales floor. Such a bad experience buying at Macy’s
