Unfortunate experience

I purchased the Jacket online during a Christmas sale. The product was really great but it arrived with a very visible cut on one shoulder. I then had to go to a store for an exchange, and found out it was sold out on my size. I ended up returning the jacket I wanted, at the price I wanted. So overall, it was an unfortunate experience, where Macys, this time, did not deliver on the expectations for price, quality and service I associate with the brand.

Stylish Fit

I bought this jacket for my son to wear to a "black-tie wedding. The jacket is beautiful and fit to perfection. He looked so stylish as if it were tailor made for him. It was the first jacket he tried on and nothing else was even close to the quality and fit! It was his overall pick!
